Below are the Terms and Conditions for purchasing at mylatinsole.com. Please read through carefully as we provide many resources and answer commonly asked questions about how to order the correct size and fit.  Please make sure you read our Billing and Shipping procedures, Return Policy and Product Guarantee. By completing your order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and will be held by them. There are no exceptions for customers who fail to read and comply. If you have any questions or are unsure please contact us before placing your order.

Ordering Information

How do I know what size to order?

For women order your true EU street shoe size. If you have a very narrow foot order half size smaller than your true Eu street shoe size.  Keep in mind that the length will be a bit shorter but the width will also be narrower. For men order 1/2 size smaller. Never use dance shoes sizes from other companies. If you are not sure what your true size is please see the following Shoe Sizing Guide to measure your own feet and find your size.

Our dance shoes are in EU sizes. To find out the conversion from international sizes click on the appropriate link: Women’s Size Chart, Men’s Size Chart.

How do I know what heel height to order?

Our heels are measured from the outside or longer part of the heel. Some companies use another method so please do not confuse the heel size you might have from another company with the mylatinsole.ch heel sizes. See our Heel Chart for the options.

How will I now if my shoe order has been submitted?

You will receive an email from us confirming your order. If for some reason you do not receive the email please send an email immediately to myshoes@mylatinsole.ch

Can I custom order dance shoes to meet my specific needs/wants?

Custom orders can be requested by sending and email to myshoes@mylatinsole.ch. Your request will be reviewed and a representative will get back to you with more information and possibilities.

What happens if what I want to order is not in stock?

If the item you want is not in stock you may still purchase it now and the item will be back ordered.  Back Orders may take 8-12 weeks to produce. Delivery times are not included. See shipping information below to find out about delivery times; mylatinsole.ch does NOT accept returns or exchanges on back orders so please be certain at time of purchase that you are willing to wait the maximum length of time for your order.  You will be charged at the time of your order and the shoes will be shipped when they arrive from our factory.

Can I make changes or cancel an order that has already been submitted?

Yes if you contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order. Please email myshoes@mylatinsole.ch with “Cancel Order” or “Change Order” as the subject. After 24 hours you will have to wait until you receive your merchandise and then follow through with our return policy.

When can I expect to receive my order?

. If the item is in stock your order will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. If the item is on back order or you are placing a custom order then your order will be shipped out in 8-12 weeks. We use www.post.ch as our standard shipping method to ship all over the world. Domestic and EU orders will be delivered in between 5-7 business days and shipping charges are included in the final price. International orders delivery will take approximately 7-14 business days depending in the zone (see https://www.post.ch/en/post-startseite/post-preise/post-was-kostet-mein-brief-was-mein-paket.pdf) for your merchandise to arrive and a shipping fee is NOT included in the final price.

 

For international deliveries there may be holdups in customs that delay receipt of shoes, or you may be responsible to pay some taxes and duties on the goods; mylatinsole.ch is not responsible for any delays caused by a countries customs laws or any additional payments that need to be made in order to pick up the shoes. Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. Just click on the Order Lookup button on the right side.

How can I find a specific shoe I am looking for:

We have a search field at the top right hand corner of the page that allows you to find a shoe by item number or key word. You can do an advanced search by clicking on the “+” button.

What forms of payment can I use online?

We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard and Postfinance using real-time credit card transaction using secure 128-bit SSL encryption. We also accept PayPal.

What are the shipping options?

We use www.post.ch Post Pac Priority for all orders domestic and international. Shipping charges are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Domestic and EU delivery is between is 5-7 business days. For all international orders delivery is in 7-14 business days.

When is my order shipped?

For domestic and EU orders, Items that are in stock will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt. Delivery times vary based on location. It will take 5-7 business for domestic and EU and, 7-14 business days for international.

Does www.mylatinsole.ch Shoes ship to a foreign country?

Yes. International shipping charges are determined by the weight and destination of the package. For all international orders delivery time takes 7-14 business days.

Will I have to pay any duties or taxes when shipping internationally?

Every country has a different system and set of rules for imported goods; mylatinsole.ch is not responsible for any duties and taxes that are incurred. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient of the merchandise; mylatinsole.ch is also not responsible for the delay of shipping nor the loss of packages due to recipient’s negligence to pay required duties and taxes.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately not. We only except one shipping address per order.

You may create a new order for different shipping address.

Product Guarantee

What is the Warranty at mylatinsole.ch?

We guarantee all of its shoes or boots for up to 12 months from date of purchase against defective workmanship and/or materials when used under normal conditions for the purpose intended. For claims within the first 6 months, shoes or boots will either be repaired, replaced, or a full credit issued based upon the original purchase price toward a new pair of shoes from mylatinsole.ch shoes shop. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. For claims made after the 6 month period, a partial credit will be issued based upon the original purchase price to the extent of wear and tear towards the purchase of a new pair of mylatinsole.ch shoes. Credits will not be considered if shoes or boots have been subjected to excessive or unusual wear (cuts, burns, scratches, excessive manhandling) misappropriation or poor fitting due to abuse. Credits will also not be issued on shoes upon unsatisfactory purchase unless their is some visible defect. We make every attempt to fit shoes properly and find the right type of footwear for each individual. However, you the customer must make the final determination as to how a shoe fits. Please email all claims to myshoes@mylatinsole.ch.

Returns and Exchanges

What is the Shoes Return Policy at www.mylatinsole.ch

We are happy to except returns of UNWORN/UNUSED merchandise that was ordered from our stock only. The request must be made to myshoes@mylatinsole.ch within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please return the items in their original packaging which includes all shoe bags and the actual shipping box.  If actual box is no longer available or in an unfit condition for shipping please use a suitable box that will safeguard the product from shipping damage.  Failure to do so will result in a CHF30 penalty. Free shipping are not valid for return items in all of Switzerland and International Orders and you will have to pay all new shipping charges for the new item. Clearance items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

Returns and exchanges take 10-15 business days to process.  We will email you to confirm that it is being processed and then send out your new item or issue you a credit.  It may take a few business days for any credits to show up on your credit card statement.

There are NO returns or exchanges on custom ordered or back ordered dance shoes so please be sure of your size, heel and color selections. See our sizing resources to make sure you are making the correct selections. We will not accept returns or exchanges on items custom ordered or back ordered in the wrong size or heel height. If you are unsure about your size and heel choices we recommend you order from our stock if you want the option to return or exchange in case of wrong sizing.

 

Purchases made from other dealers or stores must be returned to the location it was originally purchased and is subject to the dealer’s return policy.

Can I exchange for another size, color or style?

Only orders made from our stock can be exchanged. You may select another pair from our stock. If the shoe is on back order or you decide to custom order it may take up to 8-12 weeks to produce. Delivery times depend on location so see shipping information above.
